Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Diamond Web Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Diamond Web Solutions provides web development services including:

• Custom HTML website creation
• WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix management
• Website troubleshooting and maintenance
• Domain and hosting setup assistance

Payment Terms

For monthly subscription services:

• Payment is due monthly in advance
• Services can be cancelled anytime with no contracts
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials needed for your project
• Communicate project requirements clearly
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Respect intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website and its content. Diamond Web Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

Limitation of Liability

Diamond Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or internet service issues.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of completed work, and we will provide necessary files for transition.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws.
